TIK TOK - Business Registration vs Tik Tok Business Account

I am excited as i have found a great AFFILIATE Product I want to market called DIGITAL BOSS ACADEMT

So I do have a BUSINESS ACCOUNT set up with TIK TOK

But when i go into the BUSINESS SUITE and try to select to enter my LINK of my Website it is Dissapproving me

I that becuase

1) is that because i need a 1000 Followers to set up a Tik tok BUSINESS REGISTRATION ? ( not Business account)as I have a Business Account with TIk Tok ( but i got dissproved when trying to set up BUSINESS REGISTRATION )

2 ) Also in the Business Registration Section of the Tik TOk Business Suite ,, i noticed that CAYMAN ISLANDS is not in the list of COmpanies to chose from when completing the Business Registration
