Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Sales Specialist to set up and manage our storefront on Lazada. This is a contractual role offered through PeoplePerHour, and the successful candidate will be responsible for uploading all La Clinique Du Caviar products, optimizing listings, and establishing a partnership with a reliable third-party logistics (3PL) provider in Singapore and Indonesia. This role requires a deep understanding of Lazada's platform, excellent sales acumen, and strong logistical coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and manage La Clinique Du Caviar's storefront on Lazada for Singapore and Indonesia.
Upload and optimize product listings to enhance visibility and sales performance.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue on Lazada.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate product information and inventory management.
Establish and manage partnerships with 3PL providers in Singapore and Indonesia to ensure efficient order fulfillment and delivery.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
Stay updated on Lazada's policies, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in setting up and managing eCommerce stores on Lazada.
Strong understanding of Lazada's platform, algorithms, and sales strategies.
Experience in uploading and optimizing product listings for maximum visibility and sales.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
Experience in establishing and managing relationships with 3PL providers.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong analytical skills to monitor sales performance and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be fluent in English; proficiency in local languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) is a plus.
Must be knowledgeable about the market dynamics in Singapore and Indonesia.
