Devise, create and execute a digital marketing campaign

This post does not fit into any of the PPH digital marketing categories, so we picked one, E-commerce, just to get a listing. We are seeking to engage a digital marketing agency to:

(a) devise a digital marketing campaign for our new business which is a subscription based home maintenance service. Target clients will be homeowners based in Greater London. The purpose of the campaign is to persuade people to visit our website (still being developed) and to sign up to our service.

(b) create the entire content for the campaign and open accounts for the company with relevant social media and other channels (Adwords etc), this may include creating several different media such as text, video, pictures etc

(c) deliver the campaign across all digital channels including social media, adwords (and SEO), influencers, email marketing etc

(c) manage the campaign and campaign budget, and provide real time, transparent performance data

The monthly budget for this campaign will be £12K to £15K across all channels. This initial campaign stage will last six months.
