Amazon shop set up - HELP!

We are trying to set up some Amazon listings for our business. The issue we are having with Amazon is registering the brand. It won’t accept the brand to register to allow us to add the products. Error 5461 is coming up. The brand does not exist on Amazon as its our own so not sure how to go any further. Never done this before and we need someone who is experienced to help us get live on Amazon. Let us know if you can help and what it would cost. Looking forward to working with our Amazon Angel!
