Taboola, Outbrain, Google display, Facebook Pixel Installation.

I have 2 Sites. Traffic will be coming from taboola, outbrain, google display ads, facebook ads to a landing page which is one site 1 and then once a user reads the article on my landing page on site 1 they will click on a button which will send them to site 2 where they can fill out an application form.

I require the ideal person who has experience setting up conversion tracking, remarketing and analytics for taboola, outbrain, google display ads, facebook ads. i have google tag manager and analytics installed for these 2 sites.
