Project Summary: Executive Presentation Enhancement

We are seeking a professional PowerPoint specialist or presentation designer to elevate an existing presentation and bring it to life for a senior executive audience.
A core presentation template has already been developed and approved, including agreed branding, structure, and slide layouts. The focus of this engagement is not to redesign the template, but to enhance, enrich, and articulate the content within it, ensuring the presentation feels polished, engaging, and aligned to executive‑level expectations.
A key requirement of the presentation is the inclusion of a Gantt chart on the opening slide, which will act as a clear visual roadmap for the project. This Gantt chart should:

Span a 12‑month period
Display each slide or workstream header mapped across the timeline
Clearly show start dates and completion dates for each stage
Be visually clean, executive‑friendly, and easy to interpret at a glance

In addition, the same start and completion dates must be consistently reflected on the relevant individual slides, ensuring alignment between the overall project timeline and the detailed content that follows.
The successful professional will be expected to:

Expand and “pad out” the existing slides with clear, concise, and insightful narrative, appropriate for an executive audience
Strengthen the storytelling and flow, ensuring each slide logically supports the overarching timeline and objectives
Improve visual hierarchy and clarity, ensuring key messages and milestones stand out
Translate high‑level points into confident executive messaging, supported by structured detail where required
Use charts, layouts, and visual cues to support strategic understanding and decision‑making
Maintain a strong and consistent look and feel, aligned with best‑in‑class corporate and board‑level standards
