Marketing Expert - Course Launch Specialist

Hey there,

We're ECS Agency and we build complete online course businesses for coaches and consultants. We handle everything from course creation to getting them their first students, and we're scaling fast.

I'm looking for a marketing expert who can own the success side of our client projects. This isn't just about setting up funnels - you'll be responsible for making sure our clients actually get results.

Here's what you'll be doing:

You'll review every course we create and give strategic feedback. Does this course actually solve the problem? Will it convert students? Is the structure right? You need to think like both a marketer and a student.

You'll build and execute 7-day challenges for each client using GoHighLevel. These challenges are how we get our clients their first 5 students (that's our guarantee). You need to know GHL inside and out because you'll be setting up entire funnel sequences, email automation, the works.

You'll manage the 90-day post-launch marketing to ensure clients hit their student targets. If they're not getting traction, you need to pivot strategy and fix it.

You'll work directly with our Client Success Manager who handles all client communication. You're internal-facing but your work directly impacts whether clients succeed or not.

What I need from you:

Deep GoHighLevel experience. Not just basic - you should be able to build complex automation sequences in your sleep.

Real understanding of course launches and challenge funnels. You've either done this before or you've studied it obsessively enough that you know what works.

Strategic thinking about offers and positioning. You can look at a course and immediately spot if the promise matches the content.

Proficiency with AI tools like Claude or Gemini. You should be using AI to enhance your work, speed up content creation, and improve quality. This isn't optional - we expect you to leverage AI effectively to get better results faster, you should not be reliant on it though, you need to possess the skills regardless.

Excellent English, both written and verbal. You'll be creating email sequences and challenge content that needs to convert Western audiences.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You'll have 15-20 active clients at any given time.

Self-motivated and organized. Our CSM will manage you but you need to own your workflow and hit deadlines without handholding.

This is remote role, 160 hours per month, $15 per hour.
