Looking for a Content Writer & Link Builder

I am looking for writers and publishers who can WRITE AND PUBLISH content containing dofollow links with websites from the following countries.
--South Africa (ZA)
--United Arab Emirates (UAE)
--United Kingdom (GB)

We are particularly interested in technology/computer-related websites if you have those. Vendors that also have sites from these countries may also apply:
--Australia (AU)
--Canada (CA)
--Ireland (IE)
--New Zealand (NZ)

DO NOT APPLY if:
--You cannot PUBLISH content
--You cannot WRITE the content
--You are unwilling to share a sample list of 50+ sites from at least 1 or 2 of the targeted countries mentioned above

Applicants are expected to:
1. Provide a list of a minimum of 50+ sites you can PUBLISH guest posts on
2. Be able to provide NATIVE content written for the country needed (English)
3. Have their own list of at least 200+ sites
