Keyword Research - Development Finance

I'm looking for someone to create a report with long tail keywords that people are searching for when trying to source development finance. The report must include a large amount of keywords.

Off the back of the report I plan to create a content strategy so it's important we focus on organic keywords and the how difficult it is to rank.

Development Finance, Bridging Finance and Commercial Mortgages are where we want to focus.
