I need an opt-in page, welcome page & landing page designed

Dear Sir/Madam,
I wonder if you would be able to help me.
I am in the process of creating a six week online time management course to be released in February 2021.
The course is to be targeted at business owners / executives between 35 and 55 and will retail at $297.
In order to get people to buy the course I intend to get them to sign up for a freebie so that I can obtain their email address and then send them a sequence of seven emails over 4 days to persuade them to sign up for the course.
I attach a copy of the freebie for your attention.
What I would like you to do is produce a an opt in page and a welcome page and a sales page to entice prospective clients to sign up for the freebie.
These pages should be as compelling as possible to will ensure that as many people as possible sign up for the freebie.
Is this something you would be able to undertake and if so how much would it cost? (I have an overall budget of £40-50 for this.)
This is the first time I have done this sort of thing so I would be grateful for any assistance and guidance you could give as to the best way to proceed.
