Description
Experience Level: Entry
I need someone to manually browse Facebook (ONLY Facebook, NO Instagram) pages related to physiotherapy, anatomy, posture, and muscle pain — and collect links to posts that have at least 500 shares.
I'm looking for visual posts (images, infographics, carousels) that explain musculoskeletal concepts in a simple, visual way. See the attached image as an example of exactly the kind of post I'm looking for: an anatomical illustration showing how muscles like the psoas and rectus abdominis work, with clear labels.
Important: this is manual work
There is no tool, software, or automation that does this reliably. This job requires manually scrolling through Facebook/Instagram pages of physiotherapists, anatomy educators, and fitness professionals — mostly US, UK, Australian, and Indian accounts — and identifying the posts with high share counts.
Topic: musculoskeletal pain and anatomy
Posts must be related to one or more of the following topics:
Muscle pain, trigger points, muscle imbalances
Posture correction, forward head posture, rounded shoulders
Anatomy infographics (psoas, hip flexors, rotator cuff, neck muscles, etc.)
Back pain, neck pain, sciatica, knee pain
Stretching, mobility, corrective exercises
How muscles work, what causes pain, common mistakes
Deliverable
A spreadsheet (Google Sheets or Excel) with:
Direct link to the post
Page/account name
Approximate number of shares
Brief description of the visual concept (1 sentence, e.g., "Infographic showing how tight hip flexors cause lower back pain")
I need at least 80-100 posts, all with 500+ shares minimum.
Before starting: send me a test link
Before I approve the full job, please send me one link to a post that matches the criteria above (visual post, musculoskeletal topic, 500+ shares). This is so I can verify you understand exactly what I'm looking for.
