I run a small B2B training firm www.consultingskill.com. I would like to be able to build a "multi-agent marketing system" for my B2B training firm where different AI agents, each specialized in a task, collaborate to achieve a larger goal creating a content marketing strategy and execution capability.
Here's the brief: Understanding the Core Concept of Agentic AI Systems for Your Business:
Imagine having a "virtual team" of AI specialists working alongside you and Part time Marketing Manager. Each AI agent would be trained or configured to excel at a specific part of your growth strategy.
• Campaign Leader AI (Orchestrator): This is the central "brain." You or Part time Marketing Manager would give it the high-level objective (e.g., "Develop a 4-week LinkedIn campaign for our new 'AI-Enhanced Problem Solving' program targeting L&D Heads in Tech Companies"). This AI would then delegate tasks to other specialized AIs.
• Specialized AI Agents: These would be like the individual AI tools we discussed, but now working in a more coordinated fashion:
o Content Idea Generator AI: (Like Part time Marketing Manager's research role, but AI-powered) Scans industry news, competitor content, your existing IP, and suggests relevant article/post themes.
o Drafting AI (Copywriter): Takes themes from the "Idea Generator" or direct input from you and drafts articles, LinkedIn posts, email copy.
o Visual Creation AI (Designer): Generates Canva graphics, simple video caption templates, or even cartoon concepts based on the drafted content.
o Website Copy AI: Analyzes existing web copy and the new AI proposition, then suggests and drafts updated sections.
o Targeting & Outreach AI (Sales Navigator Assistant): Helps identify target profiles on LinkedIn based on refined criteria, and potentially drafts initial personalized outreach messages (for CEO review).
o Analytics & Reporting AI: (Longer-term) Could pull data from LinkedIn, website, CRM to summarize campaign performance.
o "AI Co-Pilot" (Knowledge Base AI): This is your custom GPT containing your IP. The "Campaign Leader AI" could query this to ensure all marketing messaging aligns with your core frameworks and value propositions.
