Ai realistic avatars of UK people

My client cannot gather video testimonials from his customers, but he does have lots of testimonials he can use.
I would like five videos no more than 15 seconds long to use on SOcial media. We will use the real testimonials - but are voiced by an Ai avatar that looks and sounds realistic.

I will provide the scripts and an idea of what the person could sound / look like.
