Tracking problem

I’m looking for someone to sort out my Google Ads tracking/setup properly for my kitchen wrapping business.
I think my conversions/tracking are messed up and I need someone who actually knows GA4, GTM and Google Ads inside out to audit and fix it properly.
Main things I need checked:
GA4 setup
GTM setup
Form submission tracking
Thank-you-page conversion tracking
Phone call tracking
Google Ads conversion imports
Making sure conversions are reporting correctly in Ads
I already have campaigns running and a website in place, so I’m not looking for a full agency package — mainly someone technical who can get the tracking side nailed down and possibly improve campaign structure after.
Need full ownership/admin access staying with me.
