Google Ads Compeitor Analysis

I've been using Google Adwords / Ads for about 15 years, so I'm kinda happy with my campaigns. My problem is that I have a new competitor that has entered the market with a huge market share and blown me out of the water. I was content at position 1.8 - 2.2, but now I'm at 2.6 with a 20% market share and very few conversions.

I used Wordstream managed services for a few months but they performed far worse than I did.

I get a foothold with a few keywords, increase my bid by say 10%, and then those keyword conversions will drop through the floor from tomorrow. I use SEO Profiler and iSpionage but I can't find any other software that would give my competitors that edge over me in such a short space of time.

So, I basically want to find an expert who can analyse my competition and get me back into the market...quickly please. I don't have time for A/B testing, as the competition launched in June, and I'm almost out of budget...I've spent 3 months trying to fix this myself!
