Google Ads audit and fix issues; small food & drink DTC account

Our Google Ads account is currently working, delivering conversions at an acceptable cost.

However, there are several issues I need to fix:
+ Remarketing is currently blocked by Google. Our product is packaged in a bottle that *looks* like alcohol, but it isn't in fact alcoholic. Hence, we need to appeal the prohibition so that our remarketing campaign can run.
+ We only have one text ad running at the moment. This is a legacy from having eliminated failing ads/keywords/etc., and not getting 'round to creating replacements. We need (as Google recommends), multiple text ads and a responsive ad.
+ Related to this, our optimization score is low. We need to improve this.
+ Product reviews on our site, gathered by Yotpo, are not being shown in Ads.
+ Time zone is set to Pacific Time, so "today" is actually a blend of today and yesterday!

Information that you may find pertinent to this job:
+ We are selling DTC, and our Ads campaign is for *a single product* (i.e. an introductory offer/bundle), so is remarkably simple.
+ We are targeting the UK only.
+ We know who we are selling to (age/gender), and have adjusted bidding accordingly.
+ Time scale is one week.

Therefore, deliverables in Google Ads are:
+ Overall, increased volume of conversions at same cost.
+ Remarketing campaign eligible and active, with at least one ad group, but more if necessary.
+ Search campaign with appropriate number of ads/ad groups, keywords reviewed and quality score improved.
+ Increased optimization score.
+ Our 5-star reviews appearing on the search ads.
+ Lowest priority, but changing the time zone in Ads to London time.
+ A hand-over phone call with me so that we can keep it ticking over going forward.
