Development project - Drupal - Showcase for developer + future work

We are looking for a developer with good Drupal experience, who is looking to take ownership over a great project. It is not a piece of cake project, something more to see as a showcase to example development skills. The design & planning stages are complete and signed off. Now we just need to build the website.

As Designer and project manager, I intend to support the chosen developer in any way required, providing any design/elements required. I have managed the planning and design stages and have a full understanding of the functional specification to assist with questions and anything else during the build stages. The project itself is fully detailed below. It's a fantastic idea, with some interesting functionality that would be an ideal showcase of skills for a competent developer. For this reason the project will need to be for an inclusive fixed fee, where you agree to oversee, do and complete the entire build, code and implementation of the site. If you chose to outsource elements, this would need to be included in your quote (or rather those costs incurred by you).

My client is looking for an on-going professional relationship, and where this project management is needed to be fixed in fee, future fees would be agreed between yourself and my client, who is aware that hourly rates are the norm.
The site will need maintenance and additions and this will be an on-going source of work for the chosen developer.

The timeframe can be discussed. My client needs the site to be functioning ASAP, however we would hugely appreciate realistic and achievable deadlines.

NOTE - IF you think another CMS (rather than Drupal) would suit the project, and make the job better for you, please explain your reasons, we are open for advice on this. It will mean the elements started (listed below) on Drupal will be redundant.
