Development of an easily customized template for social networking sites

The sites in question are aimed at supporters of various sporting teams and in 1 case a specific sporting federation. The social networking sites will run using the SocialEngine software and will be upgraded in time with different plug ins.
The work will also involve customization of the sign-up page to allow the use of "Realex Payments" as a IPSP.
the job includes graphic design and might involve the securing of the right to use a club crest.
