Developer to Reskin Forum Software & Add Functionality

Hi,

I'm looking for a a very good developer (or small company of developers) to re-skin some standard forum software (currently considering IPBoard as the best option).

This is a new website and the layout of the forum will be quite different to that of standard forums (e.g. the forum categories will be tabbed options across a top navigation rather than arranged as folders in a linear arrangement).

The forum will need to be simple, so that means many of the user functions will be limited/simplified, but the admin functions will still remain.

There will also be some location-specific requirements (i.e. that the users of the forum will only see thread from others users in their region).

Before I went ahead with anyone, there would need to be an non disclosure agreement, so for now at least, please could you bid with your hourly fee and any examples of work you have done with BB software.

For the right developer I am happy to work to an hourly fee rather than fixed price so that the job is done properly.

NB. you will work to layered .png files for the designs.
