Developer needed urgently to design VB6 Client UI for Server UI

I need someone with a good knowledge of the visual basic 6 to design a user interface to send messages to an already designed server. This is a small work and doesnt have a big database. In fact the database has already been designed on Ms Access. A sample of the user interface can be shown to the developer to see so all that will be left is to write the necessary codes required to operate the UI objects and components to communicate to the server. Also a saved form/project of the server interface will be supplied in an attachment.

This is needed urgently.
