Developer needed

Hi

I have a business idea that i would like to start progressing with a developer. I am looking to work with someone as a business partner.

I can design, market and manage this project but i cant code!

If anyone would like to have a little project to run with I am willing to split profits 80/20 with the right person.

I have hosting set up and the domain registered with them.

I will design the site BUT im not a developer and need a business partner to fill in the gaps! The idea i have will have full marketing/SEO blah blah from me as thats my profession. Ive started putting the site together ....for someone to come in and then do the next part would be amazing!

I dont know how much work would be involved ...etc for the developer so would want to sit down and brainstorm the sites development and where we can take it.

I have businesses set up in USA and UK that will trial it for us and I will also be doing a big facebook campaign to get everyone involved and using it.....i think it could be fun.

Page wise it will be a home page, personal login page for each user and these pages will be broken down into various sections for business and personal use.

..... its not a dating site its something new and can be used within business and personal use.

Id like to work with someone local to me i.e south east but i am open to ideas.
