Develop Facebook Ad Scraper

I am looking for a developer to help me put together a web-based scraper tool that scrapes Facebook ads from Facebook's Ad Library (example URL below), and stores that in a database and develop a web-based UX to help us interrogate that.

In summary:

1. Scrape data from a page like this:

I want to focus on dental practices and healthcare clinics in the UK only at the moment so we will need to find a way to create a "universe" of Facebook pages to scrape.

The scraping should be regular, perhaps daily or weekly.

2. Structure that data in a data base - i.e. Facebook page name, headline, image, body, call to action, destination URL, first seen, last seen etc. and store that information.

3. Design & build a UX to allow me to interrogate that data using a search bar - with the ability to search only within specific variables (i.e. Headline, Body, Facebook page name) and ability to sort and filter results.

Key is to work together quickly in sprints, to get something up and running in a matter of days with good communication.

In future I might want to add the ability to create email notifications if certain Facebook pages create new ads. For example, if a health clinic owner in London wants to find out if his competitors are launching new ads.
