Develop existing website using Wordpress (classipress Theme)

I have a website currently online but not active dedicated to families and kids. It is using classipress developer version. I need to change the design, create an impressive front page including logo and customise all templates, add social network.
There will be 3 main categories and few subcategories.

The categories will be:
1-find or start activities (similar to meetup.com)
2-find or offer microjobs or services (suitable for mums, dads and carers)
3-find or offer second hand family essentials

I invite people who KNOW classipress inside out.

Please show me your previous classipress works and you need to be good at graphic design.
