Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Here is the sample data. Please keep the seperate sheet to input the data.
Product-A: 150
Product-A: 70
Product-A: 50
Product-A: 230
Product-B: 350
Product-C 100
Here are the Funds that are required to allocate/identify to above.

We need to add funds and allocate exact amount against Product-A. Where it exceeds Product-A cost then it should be splited and the excess should be allocated against next Product cost which is Product-B. After allocating Product B fully, rest should go against Product-C.
We have no probelm allocating from 150 to 95 funds against Product-A. But when it comes to fund 200, we have excess of 30. This 200 should split into 170 & 30. 170 should be allocated to Product-A and 30 should be allocated against product-B. Same logic continues for Product-B & Product-C.
At the end we have difference, in "+" or "-". If its "+" then show this as "Surpulus" and if "-" then Display this as "Shortage". In above case this is -5: Shortage.
Please note when I said "allocate"; this means simply appear "Product-A" or "Product-b" or "Product-C" in front of the funds.
Please see attached the sheet to elaborate more.
