Develop an angle and write a 1 page press release for my business

I need someone to write a one page press release for my business.
The object of the release is to promote my company to small and medium sized businesses in the UK.
I am giving away a free e-book to businesses to establish my authority in my niche and will need to have the url of the free offer web page really prominent in the release.

You'll need to be an experienced business to business press release writer who can develop an angle for this release then write it to make it as interesting as possible to get picked up by the media.
