Develop a hotel room booking deals website

I am looking for a web developer to set up my new website : a daily/weekly deal website for hotels rooms

You will be in charge :

- set up the emails for the domain name, google analytics, facebook etc...
- implement design of website
- implement ecommerce solution (prestashop or magento) or build website from scratch if need to be done
etc....

The ecommerce website will include a backoffice that able us to add hotel rooms descriptions, prices etc... and will include a module that send email to hotels when a room has been booked.

The website will be in french to start with, then will be developped in few languages.

The website will have to be SEO friendly.

I am looking for long relationship.

When you bid tell me how long it will take to build such website and tell me what is the best solution to use to have an easy functional website.
