Develop a client login area for an existing WordPress site

I require a client login area to be added to an existing WordPress site. The login area should allow a client to raise support tickets and send confirmation of the ticket to the client and the company. I also require a revamp of the WordPress site.

This is the current website. In addition to the development of the client login, I also require a change in the current design of the WordPress site.

I feel the current design is dated and needs to look more corporate, modern and professional. A cross between the following sites:

www.quostar.com and www.keytech.co.uk

I would like the site to have more interaction with the web user.

A small implementation report will be required for the client login area and design changes to the WordPress site. No larger than 2000 words or 4 pages.
