Desk Research + Complete Excel Sheet

In short: Google research, copy/paste answers. Should take about 1h-1.5h to complete. I can't post the list here, but will send for review to suitable candidates interested.

Background
I have an Excel sheet of companies. These companies provide so call ATS technology services. ATS means, Applicant Tracking System. The listed companies sell ATS's to recruitment companies and employers that use them to manage and communicate with people applying for work.

I would like to find out how many of these are based within Europe and if so get a) their email address + b) phone number or c) URL to a page on their website where I can contact them. This information is to be added to the Excel Sheet.


About the list

There are 6 headlines:
- New
- EU Based
- Email
- Phone
- Contact URL
- Status

Green means YES
Red means NO


Suggested workflow

1. Look at the new line

2. If RED, move to the next line. If GREEN, do a Google search on the company name (copy/paste field into the search engine), consider adding the word “ATS”, or “HR” and/or similar to improve the chances of finding the right company.

3. Once you found the company, try to establish if the company is based within Europe (or have an office in Europe) or outside.

If OUTSIDE Europe, mark ‘EU Base’ as RED, write in the ‘Status’ column and mark GREY:
a. Write where they are based
b. If they have merged with another company, write which company
c. If they no longer exist, please write this

If INSIDE Europe, mark ‘EU Base’ as GREEN, look for their email + phone number, alt. copy the URL of the page where you can submit a question to them. In the status field write which country they are based in and mark with YELLOW.

4. Repeat the list above.


There are 238 companies in the list. I’ve done 1-50 (and some random further down) + about 50 are marked Red. Skip these. This means there should be about 138 left to look at. I don’t think this will take more then 1-1.5h effective time.
