Designing a Header and eBay HTML Description Templates with OnClick function

Description: We would like to create a simple HTML templates for our eBay listing.

1- Study our current eBay template

3- Design a new HTML templates with a new Header which highlights our Contact Number 01375-383723 and "Free UK Postage"

4- Fill in all our policy at the bottom Shipping Address , Payment , Delivery , Returns Contact Us into the new ONCLICK tab as point 2 link.

5- Finish design must be a complete plain and simple with white background modern templates

6- Our current OnCLICK has to be filled in with :
