Designer need for a marketing brochure and folder

Design details: We need a designer to create a marketing brochure and a folder to put our marketing materials in when we distribute them to clients and prospective clients. The content of the brochure has been established. We need a professional yet eye-catching design.
Target audience: oil & gas industry - geoscientists, engineers, IT, etc...
Content on the front/back side and body: Title, logo, possible illustrations or other graphics if it is professional and suitable for the brochure
Ideas for the visual style: stay consistent with website design: www.certisinc.com
Preferred colors: orange, white and grey (we are open to suggestions)
Extra notes: Prospective designer needs to be available during normal business hours for work (not eight hours all day, but we do not want someone that is going to do all the work from midnight to 5 am either). Designer needs to be able to work with author(s) of content and company executives on the design, and he/she needs to be flexible and amenable to design changes/suggestions.
