Designer for jomres website

I require a holiday property rental website designing, no development is required as I will be doing this myself using jomress. Therefore the winning bidder will need to have ann understanding of jomres features and layout.

I want my website to look more along the lines of - http://www.stayinwales.co.uk or similar sites

Design should be contemporary in style and pleasing on the eye owing to it advertising holiday homes for rent. A feel of holidays, sand, sun and fun should be felt creating a warm reception to visitors.

I want to be able to advertise local companies on the site, this should be available on the home page and possibly elsewhere.
