Designed a website homepage in PSD - Need it coded for Wordpress

I have a website design in PSD (attached to this proposal) - I need it coded so that it works as a wordpress template. I also need the inner template pages coded (design attached) so that I can edit each page using the wordpress editor in admin.

Hopefully it's a relatively quick project and i'd like the design to work on all devices including iPad/iPhone. I have plenty more projects coming in the future if this project is done well.
