Wordpress website theme required with Logo integration

We require a Wordpress expert that can find us a theme that matches our requirements and can be easily edited to incorporate some of the features we want within a website.

We need the site to easily be able to incorprate videos on all of the pages. We also want our logo integrating from day one into the site. We will also require an opt in box of the website where we can capture peoples details.

A site design we really like the look of is www.bluestoneleasing.com. I want someone to find the theme, upload it to our domain and incorporate our own logo into the theme. Everything else from then on we can handle but the theme must be able to have the functionality we require.

We want a video on the first page and the ability for customers to sign up for our free report. We also want to be able to add videos to our other pages and easily add graphics and boxes. The site must also have a blogging facility.
