Wordpress website needs touching up+some extra pages/posts & a bit off CSS

Hello everyone

I am looking for a freelancer to touch up my current wordpress site.

I have bought the theme and have full access to its capabilities.

You will be provided with information, images and other details. I would like your input about how to present the information to the rest of the world.
I will be requiring some extra pages, namely about us, Who we are. The contact us page will need to be brushed up as it isnt functioning.

I would like 4 pages/posts to be created to link on to the hyperlinks of the home page. I would like the some of these 4 pages to be configured in a way whereby i can have an image with text by its side, all the same size. So if i ever wanted to add more text and images i could do so.

on the home page the images at the bottom are of different sizes is it possible to have them the same size regardless of which image i put in there.

I have included 2 SEO plugins (1 within wordpress and the other which accompanies the Theme), i will put in a word list for you to use. I dont know if you need to do any CSS or anything, but i would like this website to be working and fully functional.

So benefits to you. I will looking for someone perhaps who will be able to provide with some admin work on the site from time to time. In terms of payment i would be happy to pay extra to cover the cost of PPH's commision taken from the final amount.

This is after i have been satisfied with the job and communication. I would prefer anyone in the UK who could have a quick turn around
