Wordpress website builder

We are looking for a good Wordpress website builder/designer to take an approved .psd design and churn out the website. We are not looking for a heavy-weight developer who has some experience of Wordpress; we would rather have a recent design graduate who has had some commercial experience of turning around top-quality Wordpress sites, and who knows their way around CSS and many of the plugins that are available, particularly for product listings, Social Media feeds, enquiry forms, site maps and Google Maps.

There will be regular, ongoing work for the successful candidate and we have one project that is ready to go immediately; nothing complex.
