Wordpress Website and Logo

Looking for a good WEB and LOGO designer with experience on the wordpress platform:
(some programming may be involved)

Landing Page
Web site
Logo
Icon

(1) logo
(2) website layout
(3) no animation
(4) it will be simple, clean and neat
(5) wordpress platform
(6) thesis theme (must have some experience w/theme)
(7) i already have the thesis theme
(9) landing page consistent with website design
(10) graphical opt-in box

Note: I would like the colors to go with the logo.

Ideas of how I would like my landing page (mixture of both):

Note: I want a mixture of both styles of websites listed above for the landing page only.

OR another option is to add a landing page to the main page. Like a two for one system:

This is the general idea. I just want people to see where they can opt-in FIRST which is
why I am asking for a landing page, but if combining them is easier then I would like that
instead.




Logo:

(1) similar to (www.foursquare.com) with an ocean wave (with a man surfing) instead of a check.

(2) Also would like an icon to match with (1) similar to a Web 2.0 Icon: http://bestappever.com/images/itms/306/306934924/icon100x100.png
