Wordpress website

I want to create a website on my word press site:

I want to create clickable headlines similar to the site :
https://www.planningresource.co.uk/single-search?NewsTypes=309&page=1

On each headline or grid, I will have a title and an image / map showing a planning application appeal . When you click on that headline or grid it will take you to an option to download a PDF document which will cost £25 per pdf so I need a payment system on the wordpress.

The top banner will be a panoramic image plus "contact" "home" and "appeal" links

I will add all the content myself daily as new planning appeals are decided so I want to easily be able to upload new grids every day.

I can give you the wordpress login details plus the FTP details of Ionos but I don't have access to the Ionos login as it is shared with other people's websites.
