Wordpress wallpaper website

I need a WORDPRESS wallpaper website similar to this one: http://www.newmoonwallpaper.com/

It should have the following features:

Front-End Features:
1. It must have the same theme design as
http://www.newmoonwallpaper.com/with some more features as shown in
the following image:

You can see in the image that there are "featured wallpaper", "Random
Wallpaper" and "Top Rated Wallpapers" boxes with 4 cells. In these boxes,
pictures should slide after a particular interval in such a way that the
left picture disappears and one new pictures appears from the right most
corner.
Below "Top Rated Wallpapers", there should be "Latest Wallpapers" and it
should have 10 boxes with 4 cells each."
2. In the right sidebar, there must "Browse by resolution" feature as shown in the following site: http://demo.phpwallpaperscript.com/
3. In the right side there should be login box as shown in this picture: http://s14.postimage.org/p0maz75qp/SIDEBAR.jpg
4. RSS feed button, social networking and bookmarking buttons in the top strip.
5. Tag system - tags below every image.
6. "Add this wallpaper to your site or blog" feature.
7. "Leave a comment" below every image.
8. Sitemap
9. Multi language support

Admin side-features:
1. Admin should be able to control all the features as shown in http://www.wallpaperup.com/ . Besides, it should have the following features.
2. Bulk Upload Feature - Admin should be able to upload wallpapers from a zip file from any url or computer.
3. Admin should be able to approve or disapprove, edit, delete wallpapers uploaded by visitors/members. There should be captcha in "upload" feature for visitors/members
4. Admin should be able to approve, disapprove, edit, delete visitors/members comments.
5. Admin should be able to choose featured wallpapers.
6. option to put adsense codes.
7. Admin should be able to choose theme's colour skin
8. Admin should be able to choose default language for the website.



Special Feature:
Website should have paid subscription system where members can choose plans such as 1 day, 7 days, 15 and one month and paypal should be integrated for payment. Admin should be able to enable or disable paid subscription system. When this feature is disabled, visitors/members should be able to download pictures without any restriction. But when this feature is enabled, there should be watermark on every wallpaper and only paid members should be able to download wallpapers without watermark.



Script/plugin must be original work without any license system and I should be able to install it on more than one domain. Script should be good enough to easily handle huge traffic not like some script where it breaks after several thousand.
