Wordpress theme change and CSS change

I have a website, www.destresslist.com which is based around the directorypress theme. I want to change its homepage to have the functionality of another theme http://reportage.wp-theme.pro/ and I want to the change the css of www.destresslist.com to be that of the reportage theme on all of the other pages but I want to retain its current functionality.

I have the zip of the reportage theme and I have a mock up of the homepage that i want.
