WordPress Template Installation & Customisation

I need a someone to install and customise a wordpress theme on 2 domains. I use cPanel hosting so WP is already installed. I have purchased this theme http://livedemo00.template-help.com/wordpress_35878/ which needs to be installed, as it displays on this link. The theme I purchased comes with the PSD's. Secondly, I also need the following done:
* Place a telephone number on the website
* Configure
* Configure contact form
* Select country icons Website Payments Pro on the website
* Insert facebook icon link
* Insert company name editing the PSD
* Make the footer the site longer so links can be placed.
* Install Zopim chat plugin. Already have account.
* Create a page called "How it works", with a simple diagram.
* Create 4 other pages based on the template with bit of customisation on layout.

I believe all of this is couple hours work for someone who knows what they are doing with WordPress. I am looking to make a decision immediately.
