Wordpress sites tidy up

I need a wordpress designer to tidy up and add banners to these two sites ensure twitter feeds work on both. and then migrated over to our new hosting package.

need twitter feed to work and 09066610656 number moved to near the top of page with other 0800 number. also need Horoscope sign up to work.

need to add easy solution to add banners top and side
tidy up layout and iframe. move 0906 number below 0800 number
also need Horoscope sign up to work.

All banner placement need to be idiot proof so anyone can add new banners
