My client wants to copy the layout of a specific website.
I cannot find a theme that exactly meets their requirements, so I need a PHP developer who can hack a WP theme that has most of the elements they are looking for, in order to match the layout they are looking for. Or alternatively, create a theme that matches what they're looking for.
I am looking at getting this finished asap.
