It is 7.43 am in the UK on Friday 8th April and I am posting this project to find a freelancer who is online now, able to communicate with me and complete this project by 12 noon today.

We have a site that has Astra Theme installed. It is quite heavy and the header needs updating to a more modern look. The header must also be responsive to mobile and tablet screens.
We do not mind if you continue to use the Astra theme or replace with another theme that you can work easily with. It can even be a free theme so long as it improves the appearance of the site.

Proposals that contain copy and pasted versions of their profile or endless lists of their skills will be rejected.
