Wordpress expert to redesign current website

Hi All,
 
I’m currently looking for a WordPress Expert to completely redevelop my website www.latebreaks.com
 
This website has very high volumes of traffic, hence it is 2nd on Google search, so expertise in redeveloping websites and keeping them high on search engine rankings is a must.
 
If this site drops off the face of search engines then it could mean the end of the company, so please only bid if you are comfortable with this approach.
 
The current site is a complete mess, very ugly and does not present a travel “Feel”, so examples of what you can provide will be beneficial, also portfolio evidence too
 
The site is currently affiliated with Thomas Cook, providing packages, flights, accommodation etc… so we will want to continue using them going forward, but ideally as a white label.
 
My high level requirements for this site are as follows:
 
1. Complete rebuild using WordPress (latest version)
2. Clean crisp and easy navigational website design
3. Reuse of all external links to sister sites (Bournemouth-hotels.com/Dublinhotels.com/jerseyhotels.com)
4. Affiliation – Flight & Hotel/Hotel only/Flight only - Thomas Cook (Once the user goes to the affiliate site, I want the URL to sit within latebreaks for customer feel)
5. Affiliation – Car Hire – CarTrawler is my preferred affiliate
6. Banner Management for offers etc... Example top banner, banners down the right-hand side and bottom – (A banner tool that can manage per clicks and preloaded banners on timers, would be advantageous)
7. Expert SEO management
8. Chat live widget
9. Structured Contact Us page
10. Newsletter Signup
11. Facebook & Twitter widgets
12. Spa/theatre Affiliation – (currently known)
13. Documented training manual to show how key areas can updated on the website etc.
14. Key milestone dates meet with excellent communicational skills throughout the project
 
As you will see from my sister links I own these sites also and will be looking to upgrade these shortly, so please be aware should this be successful I will be offering future work guaranteed.
