Wordpress Child Theme (convert PSD) + Widgets

Our current website is http://rampworx.com, the website is using the very popular Big Feature theme. It is fully responsive and has a bunch of great short codes that we do not want to lose as these are used to style all of the sub pages of which we have a lot.

We require a Child Theme that is very SEO friendly and has a quick load time. Our site is also packed with plugins that the child theme will have to integrate with (Uber Menu, UBillboard and Social Follow).

The main change to this website is the homepage, it uses thumbnails and a new widget area.

If possible, we would also like 2 custom plugins developed.

1. Shop Widget
As per the mock up we want a widget that will allow us to upload a product and price. It needs to allow us to add the following.
Image,
Title,
New or Sale option
Price
And a link when to the product when they are clicked.

2. Text Background
As per the mock up, underneath the slider we have 3 sections that all have a custom background and + description.
The widget needs to have the options for us to add these details into it/.

If you could let me know how much the above job would cost it would be much appreciated.
