Wordpress Based Website Amendment

Here is my website so far :www.authenticpua.com. It's a wordpress back end and basically the site is a wordpress theme.

I need a couple of minor things!

To move the slider further down the page, to the 2nd row, and move the video introduction to the top of the page. It has to be the focal point.

I intend to implement aweber, and I would like the aweber mail capture form to be directly below the video introduction and to fill the same amount of space.

Also there is a search bar on the form, I just need that to be removed.

I've shown this on the attached spreadsheet.

The rest I can pretty much do myself!

How long would that take do you think and what would be the cost?
