Word press developer needed to customise Graphi paper press site.

I have a graphi paper press template: Modularity


I would need customisation of the key headers such as links to youtube. facebook. Twitter and rss.
I would also need titles such as home. About. Portfoilo: Gallaries blog and contact.
I would need you to install two webforms as well.

I need it to be installed onto my host account and for me to have access to dash board.

I can then upload my own images and background.
