I have redesigned a website and the Facebook/Woocommerce integration is now not working properly. I've sorted the Facebook pixel but the catalogue won't update from Woocommerce. Please only reply if you have resolved a situation like this before as this site and if you are available to work on it immediately. You'll also need a VPN or if you are outside of the UK you won't be able to access the site. I need this resolved today/tomorrow am. Thanks.

    Has your domain been reverified in Facebook Business Manager since the redesign?


    Is your WooCommerce product feed using a plugin like Facebook for WooCommerceor a manual feed URL?


    Were any caching tools Cloudflare, WP Rocket, etc.added during the redesign?


    Have you tested the feed URL manually in Facebook’s Catalogue Data Source tab?

    Are you using Facebook Shop on Instagram as well, or just direct Meta commerce?
