Wesite Requirement Specification Docuement

I require a functional requirement specification document to be written based on an existing web site. The site is a property site and one which is fairly basic by nature. The purpose of this document is to be able to provide it to a web design company to specify EXCACTLY what we we require the site to be able to do and contain so that it can be used as a check list to make sure everything we have requested has been completed at the end of the project.

I would need this document completed by Sun 7th March (apologies for the short notice). All bidders must have examples of previous work to use as referrence. Upon completion of a satifactory task, I have another 4 similar projects (with longer deadlines!)
