Introduction

My name is Paul Sterling and I have been involved in sport at the highest level. My background includes boxing, athletics, martial arts, football and rugby.

I have been fortunate to have played rugby league at an international level as well as for Hull and Leeds Rhinos.

I am a qualified martial arts instructor in Ju Jitsu and have been qualified as a Personal Trainer since 2005. I have developed a series of unique training sessions that will enable anyone to achieve their goals.

They have been derived from my own experience and observations working with elite coaches in all the various sports.

This is a new business venture aimed at providing an innovative approach to fitness to the general public. They are three main products:
1. 1:1 Personal Training
2. fitness unique fitness programmes comprising of two work streams using personal training methodology in a group environment (maximum of 15 people):
a. A structured weight loss and lifestyle management programme aimed at individuals that want to get fit and/or lose weight.
b. A structured muscle building programme for individuals that want to build muscle including nutritional advice.
3. Aerobics classes including Zumba, Body pump, Boxercise etc.

Advertisers Website

A self-registration website is required to enable advertisers to do the following:
1. Upload their logo
2. Record their company details
3. Record their announcement e,g, special offers, late night opening
4. Record their payment details (credit card details).
5. Facility to set different advertising tarrifs.
6. When the information is completed by the advertiser, it should then be submitted for approval.
7. On approval, the advertiser should be notified and payment taken.
8. Feedback facility from customers that have purchased from store (similar to the Ebay feedback function).
9. Also, optional more detailed feedback from customers based on attached document (feedback table)
10. Advertisers have facility to feedback on customers that have left their comments.
11. Website must reflect colours of PS4fitness logo and be bright and crisp. Web designer to be creative!!!
12. Part of the advertisers registration should include Terms and conditions (content will be supplied)
